I put this ad together for BigStar tv's Stop Motion contest, there's a $1,000 prize! I actually WON their last animation contest but I talk them into doing one JUST for stop motion. They liked the idea and so I made this ad to get the word out.
Superb production values all the way around. I have had the pleasure of seeing Bushwacker on the big screen and it's a top-notch production, as well a pee-in-your-cowboy boots FUNNY! Bravo!

- What or who influenced you to started animating?
- A combination between the worlds of Star Wars and the works of Ray Harryhausen gave me years of escape, wonder and hope to make it out of a poverty stricken childhood. Those films changed my world and made me dream BIG. Animation was something I could do at low cost to create my own worlds and entertain others with, in the same way those films struck me.
- Do you work in the industry or create animation as a hobby?
- I've worked in the industry of special effects and animation for over 20 years.
- Tell us a bit about the software and hardware used in your creative work.
- My focus is on the tactile real world puppets and miniatures that go into making stop motion animated films but, I do enjoy all of the advantages of technology to bring those images to the screen.
- Where has your work been showcased on television, internet, film festivals, mobile etc?
- I have worked on many stop motion animated TV commercials in the roll of puppet fabricator. I've worked as a puppet builder/designer for numerous TV and motion picture productions and I have a film titled 'In the Fall of Gravity' that is an 11minute animated short that is in festivals now. It won the award for Best Animated Short in it's first festival.
- Any projects we can look forward to seeing from you in the near future?
- A short independent film titled 'Illumin' on which I am the Key Animator.
- Can you recommend an animation film or animation book that every animator should see/read?
- The Films Dragon Slayer, The Gate and The Empire Strikes Back.

In the Fall of Gravity in an online video contest
Hey Animapeople!
I've decided to enter my film 'In the Fall of Gravity' into an online animation contest, it was a hard decision for me because I want sell my film on DVD about having it online where anybody can just see it for free. But on my DVD I'm supplying extras and a nice case so I figure that anyone who cares will buy the DVD anyway.
